Emily brings a unique 360-degree understanding of entertainment marketing and consumer products through retail, manufacturing, and major studio experience. A globally-focused, strategic thinker with core strengths in brand development and product management, she’s helped launch over 200 new products over the course of her 15-year career. Emily’s proven track record in building high-profile entertainment partnerships, and her vast network of contacts led her to found THE 101 in 2015. A Texas native, her love of pop culture and hot trends led her to Southern California where she currently resides in Hollywood with her dog Quinn.

Penny is a senior level entertainment marketing executive, responsible for integrated packaging and negotiating TV, film, music, celebrity and digital entertainment content partnerships with national and global advertisers.  She has 15 years of progressive experience in brand partnership management, celebrity endorsement deals, product integration, promotions and digital marketing programs that drive new revenue, marketing and PR initiatives around intellectual property.

Jason is a creative director, strategist and designer with 15 years experience crafting brand stories and visual experiences for organizations that shape our culture. He provides strategic direction and design in brand development, logo/identity design, consumer packaging, print/posters and promotional materials for a wide variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local area non-profits. He's had the privilege to work with such clients as Kia, Ashley Furniture, Sony, McDonald's, YMCA of the USA and more. Jason currently serves as the President of the Los Angeles chapter of AIGA, where he seeks to advance design as a respected craft, strategic business advantage and vital cultural force.
